Xenia and Frank have decided to start a family but shortly thereafter Xenia is avoiding sex with Frank. Unable to communicate with Xenia, mistrust takes hold in Frank and Xenia’s dog bears the cost of his stress. Soon, Frank loses control: he rapes Xenia. Unable to cope with his guilt, Frank commits suicide, leaving Xenia and her dog behind.
